Latin Female Designers busca visibilizar a la mujer creativa latinoamericana desde su propia voz, contando su experiencia en la industria desde su propio rol e inspirando a otras.
El proyecto reúne entrevistas a creativas latinas, que hablan sobre sus comienzos, experiencias y sentires.

Es una iniciativa de Lucía Bustamante, Design Manager y Mentora, nacida en Montevideo, Uruguay y comprometida con causas que impulsen y empoderen a la mujer. Lucía también es fundadora de la comunidad MujeresIT que tiene como objetivo fomentar la inclusión de la mujer en el ámbito tecnológico.

«Me sucede que quiero ver más mujeres latinas referentes en diseño, sé que muchas han llegado muy lejos y otras están trabajando muy duro, por eso quiero crear un espacio en el cual nosotras latinas creativas seamos protagonistas y podamos compartir nuestras experiencias en la industria.«

Latin Female Designers seeks to make Latin American creative women visible from their own voice, recounting their experience in the industry from their own role and inspiring others.
The project brings together interviews with creative Latinas, who talk about their beginnings, experiences and feelings.

It is an initiative of Lucía Bustamante, Design Manager and Mentor, born in Montevideo, Uruguay and committed to causes that promote and empower women. Lucía is also founder of the community MujeresIT which aims to promote the inclusion of women in the technological field.
